What does the 2025 price lock actually cover?

Your 2026 tax filing — the return you'd normally be billed for at tax time in 2027 — is included in your membership at the same rate you paid for your 2025 filing. Your monthly membership payment is simply that fee spread across 12 months, August through July.

What could cause my rate to change?

Your rate stays locked unless there's a significant change in your situation that would meaningfully increase the scope of your filing — for example, starting a new business, adding entities, a major change in income sources, or a significant life event like a marriage, divorce, or property sale. Routine year-to-year changes won't affect your rate.

Is the price lock good for more than one year?

The price lock applies to your first membership year (this year's enrollment). We'll be in touch before renewal each year with your pricing for the year ahead.

How does the 2 hours of phone consultation work?

You have two hours of phone time to use across the entire membership year (August–July). It's cumulative, so you can use it in short five-minute questions throughout the year or save it for a longer planning conversation — whatever's most useful to you. There's no charge for time within that pool.

What happens if I use more than 2 hours of phone time?

If you need more time than your included two hours, we'll always let you know before any additional time is billed — there are no surprise charges.

Who is the Q3 estimated payment review for?

This is most relevant if you make quarterly estimated tax payments — typically business owners, self-employed clients, or anyone with significant non-wage income. We'll review your payments in the third quarter to make sure you're on track before Q4.

What does "priority scheduling" mean in practice?

Members are scheduled ahead of non-member clients during our busiest periods, including tax season, and receive faster turnaround on document requests and return preparation.

What is the free wealth review with Aksala Wealth Management?

Aksala Wealth Management, our financial planning partner, will offer you a complimentary one-on-one review of your broader financial picture — things like retirement planning, investments, or cash flow. There's no cost and no obligation to work with them afterward.

Is this membership available for both individuals and businesses?

Yes. The core structure — price lock, phone consultation time, the Q3 review, and priority scheduling — applies to both individual and business clients. We'll tailor the details of your consultation time and review to your specific situation.

How and when will I be billed?

Membership is billed monthly from August through July. When you reserve your spot, our team will follow up to set up your payment method and confirm your monthly amount based on your 2025 fee.

Is this a fixed commitment, or can I cancel anytime?

Membership is a fixed 12-month commitment, running August through July, and is non-cancelable once enrolled. You can pay automatically by credit card, or set up ACH auto-debit from your bank account, which carries a lower processing fee than card payments.

What happens once all 500 spots are filled?

Once we reach 500 members, enrollment for this year closes and remaining clients will continue on our current annual billing structure. If you're interested, we'd encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

Does reserving my spot commit me to anything today?

No. Reserving your spot simply lets us know you're interested and holds your place among the 500 available memberships. A member of our team will follow up to walk through the details and complete your enrollment.
